Accessibility Statement
ARK Health Group wants arkhealth.group to be clear, usable and accessible to as many people as possible.
Last updated: 7 September 2026. ARK Health Group is continuing to improve accessibility and has not yet commissioned a formal independent accessibility audit.
Our approach
The refreshed ARK website is being designed around clear navigation, readable language, meaningful headings, descriptive image text, keyboard-friendly links and controls, responsive layouts and adequate visual contrast. The target is to follow WCAG 2.2 Level AA principles where reasonably achievable.
What we are checking before launch
- keyboard navigation and visible focus states;
- heading order and landmark structure;
- alternative text for meaningful images;
- form labels, instructions, error and success states;
- colour contrast and text resizing;
- mobile and tablet layouts;
- link purpose and descriptive call-to-action text.
Third-party services
Some journeys leave arkhealth.group and continue on third-party services such as Shopify-operated ARK Fusion pages or Vagaro booking. ARK does not control the accessibility of every part of those external platforms, although accessibility should be considered when selecting and configuring connected services.
Known limitations
We continue to review the site across desktop, tablet and mobile and aim to improve any accessibility issues we identify. If something is difficult to use or access, please tell us through the ARK Contact page so we can investigate.
